ALL Renovation & Design Celebrates 20 Years of Home Remodeling Excellence in Southcentral Pennsylvania
Manheim, PA — 3.10.2026— Twenty years ago, Amos Lapp started ALL Renovation & Design with a simple goal: do good work, treat people right, and stand behind every project with a mark of excellence.
In 2006, it was just a vision backed by hard work and a belief that homeowners deserved clear communication, honest guidance, and craftsmanship they could trust. Today, that same foundation still drives the company as it celebrates 20 years serving families throughout Lancaster County, Lebanon County, Dauphin County, York County, and surrounding communities.
Over the past two decades, ALL Renovation & Design has completed hundreds of remodeling projects—from kitchens and bathrooms to whole-home renovations and outdoor living spaces. But for Amos, the number of projects isn’t what matters most.
“It’s the relationships,” he says. “We’ve had the privilege of walking alongside families during important seasons of their lives—growing families, empty nester reimagining their space, homeowners finally doing the renovation they’ve waited years to tackle. That trust means everything.”
From the first phone call to final walkthrough, the company focuses on listening first. Every project begins with a conversation about how the home functions—and how it could function better. Design plans are built around real life, not just trends.
“We try to keep things simple,” Amos explains. “Have a conversation. Make a plan. Communicate clearly. Do quality work. It sounds basic, but if you stay consistent with those things, it makes all the difference.”
