Growing up in the Amish community, Amos Lapp’s childhood was heavily influenced by compassion-and cabinetry. Instilled with a strong work ethic, the owner of A LL Renovation & Design began contracting under his father’s guidance at the age of 14.

His unique upbringing led Lapp to gain hands-on experience in every aspect of the building industry. This universal understanding allows him to seamlessly guide clients through renovation decisions to achieve exquisite results.

Lapp’s construction expertise. paired with National Kitchen & Bath Association-certified kitchen designer Valerie S.B. Kissinger’s eye for design, was crucial to a recent remodel. The home’s layout abnormalities, including a center weight-bearing wall, presented challenges. Lapp’s team expanded the kitchen to achieve the client’s desire for bar seating, ample room for a double oven, and an open floor plan.
