Our goal is to give you a quality remodel experience, where the journey’s burden is light and seamless. In a world that lacks character, integrity, and hard work—we decided we want to be different. We hire and fire our designers, office team, and carpenters based on these core values, because we believe skill can always be taught after, but character can’t.

Having creative solutions for custom remodeling is vital, and not just in the designing process. When it comes to a bathroom remodel, kitchen remodel, and especially in large home additions, problems can occur. Thinking on our feet and meeting every problem with several solution ideas (that don’t ruin the established budget) is our specialty.
When it comes to intelligent design, our in-house designers strive to create your remodel designs with functionality and beauty. Our goal with any of our remodels is to ensure that when you walk into your new kitchen space or bathroom space, it feels like a breath of fresh air. It feels like home.

In a world where ghosting is common, ALL Renovation & Design decided to fight the communication battle head-on. We make sure you are in sync with us in every detail you would like to be included in. If problems occur, we communicate immediately. You shouldn’t be left wondering whether we got your voicemail, text or email.
Especially when you are in the design phase of the project with our design team, you will notice how actively we are listening. This isn’t our project—this is your home! We make sure to get the details you want in your project.

If you ever hear us talking about viewing everyone as an “I-10”, here’s what it means: we believe we have all been created as masterpieces, as 10 out of 10s, even though not everyone has lived up to that standard.
Viewing other people as masterpieces, that allows us to do amazing work and have great experiences with anyone who crosses our path. You deserve to be treated well and to be treated with respect. Our attitude and our speech should always come across with that kind of respect, even if disagreements or incidents happen (which, in an imperfect world, that happens often).
We also emphasize personal awareness. One person’s perspective is not another person’s perspective. Not only that, but how a person acts and behaves can change a friend’s point of view of that person, for better or worse.

ALL Renovation & Design believes in being excellent. To be an excellent leader, that requires taking action and initiative.
Every single team member is a leader. We don’t believe in having one person everyone looks up to—we believe that each person is a light in this world and has something unique to contribute to the team. Our goal for team members is for everyone to be able to grow individually and professionally, always asking questions, improving skills, and creating a better lifestyle in their personal lives as well.
We put a focus on planning, doing, studying, and adjusting. No one is perfect, but everyone has the ability to learn from taking action and growing from that.
Conclusion
